MAX-TEK® Superabrasive OPEN HOUSE May 6 & 7

MAX-TEK® LLC will be hosting an open house on May 6 & 7, 2009 at its new facility in Newington, Connecticut. Both days will be from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The open house will feature demonstrations on our HGC-400 Horizontal Grinding Center with pallet changer (Wednesday morning & Thursday afternoon) and our STC-300 Superabrasive Turning Center (Wednesday afternoon & Thursday morning). Also an Ohtorikiko (OKK sister company) FTV-500 5-Axis vertical machining center will be on display. There will also be a workshop discussing the Superabrasive process. Features will include an 800mm pallet machine with 120-pocket tool changer used to machine guide vanes, peel grinding of Inconel and other hard materials, pump impeller profiling, sprocket grinding with auto loader and other powder metal applications.
